Recently, many regions across China have experienced persistent high temperatures, and Jiangxi Province is no exception.  Aili actively complies with government regulations and strictly adheres to the Labor Law and Occupational Disease Prevention Law, implementing comprehensive heatstroke prevention measures to ensure employee safety and sustainable production.

Key Measures Taken by the Company:
1. Adjusted Working Hours: Avoid peak heat periods , adopting flexible schedules to reduce outdoor exposure.
2. Provided Cooling Supplies: Distributed beverages, herbal remedies (e.g., Huoxiang Zhengqi Water), sun protection gear, and set up shaded rest areas.
3. Implemented High-Temperature Leave: Offered a one-week high-temperature leave to ensure employees have sufficient time to rest and recover.
4. Enhanced Safety Training: Conducted heatstroke prevention training to improve employees’ awareness of self-protection.
5. Emergency Preparedness: Equipped first-aid kits and established rapid response protocols for heat-related incidents.
